Extension Objednávky dodavatelům (Supplier Orders)

The Objednávky dodavatelům (Supplier Orders) extension helps operators of online stores on the Shoptet platform order goods from suppliers and record incoming stock.
What data the extension processes
- Data from the store administration: the extension reads stock levels, orders, items and suppliers directly from the administration pages the user is signed in to. The extension only gets access to domains the user explicitly allows.
- Supplier order data: created orders, goods receipts, purchase prices and data from supplier invoices (used to check an incoming document against the order), together with related settings, are stored on the extension operator's server (hooks.tomasganoci.cz) hosted in the EU.
- Extension settings are stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage).
What the extension does not do
- It does not collect analytics, does not use cookies and does not track browsing outside the store administration.
- It does not sell data or share it with third parties. The only exception is sending an order to a supplier by e-mail, which the user starts themselves.
- It does not access payment details of the store's customers.
Data retention and deletion
Order data is kept for as long as the store uses the extension, but no longer than 3 years after the last activity. Data will be deleted earlier on the user's request - contact: info@tomasganoci.cz.
